Are consultations free?

Yes, our 30 minute consultations are 100% free.

How long is my rental period? Currently our reservations are for 3 days. Here is a typical timeline: Day 1 - Receive your rental; Day 2 - Use your items for your event; Day 3 - Return rental to us.

Do you offer event set up?

Yes! We offer event set up for any event. Let us take care of set up, decor, clean up and everything in between. Inquire for pricing.

Do you provide florals?

Florals are not our forte, but we do offer small bouquets and arrangements in vases for tablescapes only. We do not do full service florals but have incredible vendors in our area that we would love to suggest!

Do you offer any packages?

Yes. For now we offer a discounted package at a flat rate, as oppose to if you were to purchase rentals and planning separately. Each package includes table top rentals, decor, linens, planning, set up and clean up, and tabletop florals. Both include a free consultation. Inquire for pricing.

Are there additional fees? Every rental has a 25% additional cleaning fee, but can be waived if dishes and linens are returned clean. 

What if I broke or stained a rental? Don't panic. We love our collection to pieces and we get really sad when our pieces are damaged, go missing, or are not respected, but we also understand accidents happen. If your rented piece ends up down for the count (lost, chipped, cracked, or otherwise damaged), you can be charged up to 200% of the retail or market value of an item, depending on the replacement cost..
